At the end of Saturday's run, I awarded the Spirit Box to Tiffany. Janice had added to the contents significantly – so much so that she created a whole new box, with the Wizard of Oz lunchbox inside! She included personal notes that had been written to her when she was in the hospital (among other things!).
There are many team members deserving of the Spirit Box. Tiffany was chosen because she's remained super positive in the face of dealing with some health issues, and she's diligent about attending team runs. She has an active 11-year-old daughter, yet has managed to raise over $1,000 already. She's going to rock the
